People have been waiting forever for The Beatles catalog to be available as downloadable mp3s so that their recordings could be put onto a Zune or an iPod easily. It would certainly seem that the people that are into music downloading for free are also into spending more money on buying music than the people who do not download music for free. If this really is the case then maybe the government should stop fussing over it and actually allow it through.
